By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a service plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Our Services
SocialPostExperts provides custom social media content design, content planning, revisions, and scheduling services for businesses.
Services may include content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile, depending on the plan purchased.
The exact number of posts, supported platforms, turnaround features, and strategy services are determined by the plan description displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our services.
When ordering on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed using an available payment method before work begins. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, business, and order information.
We may decline, suspend, or cancel an order involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, abusive conduct, prohibited content, or incomplete payment.
4. Monthly Plans and Billing
Service bundles are offered on a monthly basis unless the checkout page or written agreement states otherwise.
Where automatic recurring billing is enabled, the selected payment method may be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not create a refund for an active or completed billing period.
Clients should submit cancellation requests before the next scheduled renewal date.
5. Client Materials and Responsibilities
You agree to provide all information and materials reasonably required to complete the service, including:
- Business details and contact information
- Logos, brand guidelines, images, and offers
- Product or service information
- Social media access or publishing permissions
- Content instructions and approval feedback
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all materials supplied to us.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business claims, promotions, prices, testimonials, images, trademarks, and other information included in your content.
6. Account Access and Security
Scheduling services may require access to your social media accounts or authorization through a third-party scheduling platform.
You authorize us to access and use connected accounts only as necessary to perform the purchased services.
You remain responsible for account ownership, password security, administrator permissions, platform compliance, and removing our access after the service ends where appropriate.
7. Content Calendar and Approval
Where included in the purchased plan, we will provide a content calendar or drafts for review.
You are responsible for reviewing content carefully and submitting approval or revision requests within the requested timeframe.
Content approved by you may be treated as final and scheduled for publication. SocialPostExperts is not responsible for errors, outdated offers, or inaccurate information that the client approved before publication.
Delays in approval, feedback, account access, or requested materials may delay delivery and scheduling.
8. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery period is generally 7 to 14 days after receiving payment and all required information, materials, and account access.
Any shorter turnaround mentioned for first drafts applies only when all required materials have been received and does not guarantee completion of the entire monthly service within that period.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by revision volume, project complexity, client response time, platform issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Revisions
Unlimited revisions are included in all plans within the original scope of the purchased service.
Revision requests must relate to the original content brief, brand direction, offer, or approved project requirements.
Unlimited revisions do not include:
- A complete change in business or brand direction
- New posts beyond the purchased quantity
- Replacement of previously approved content
- New campaigns unrelated to the original request
- Additional platforms or services not included in the plan
- Repeated changes caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information
We may quote an additional fee for work outside the original scope.
10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because our services involve customized digital work, reserved production time, and virtual service delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Once an order is placed, work may begin immediately through research, planning, content preparation, design, account setup, or resource allocation.
We provide unlimited revisions within the purchased scope instead of refunds.
Cancelling an active subscription stops future renewals but does not refund charges already paid or work already started, delivered, scheduled, or completed.
11. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of logos, photographs, trademarks, and other original materials you provide to us.
After full payment, you may use the final approved custom content created specifically for your business for your commercial social media and marketing purposes.
SocialPostExperts retains ownership of unused drafts, internal processes, templates, concepts, working files, systems, and materials not included in the final delivery.
Unless you object in writing, we may display completed public-facing work in our portfolio, service examples, or promotional materials. Confidential information will not intentionally be disclosed.
12. Third-Party Assets
Content may include properly licensed stock images, fonts, graphics, or other third-party assets.
Such assets remain subject to their respective licenses. We do not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property beyond the rights permitted under the applicable license.
13. Prohibited Content
We may refuse to create or publish content involving:
- Illegal products, services, or activities
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims
- Intellectual property infringement
- Hate, harassment, threats, or discrimination
- Explicit sexual content
- Dangerous or harmful activity
- Unauthorized personal information
- Content prohibited by relevant platforms or applicable law
Refusal based on prohibited content does not necessarily entitle the client to a refund where work or resource allocation has already begun.
14. Platform Rules and Availability
SocialPostExperts is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, or their parent companies.
Third-party platforms may change their policies, algorithms, APIs, features, formats, or account requirements without notice.
We are not responsible for reduced reach, content removal, publishing failures, outages, account restrictions, suspensions, algorithm changes, or other actions controlled by third-party platforms.
15. No Performance Guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, views, impressions, engagement, leads, sales, bookings, website visits, rankings, or revenue.
Marketing performance depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market demand, competition, location, audience quality, pricing, account history, platform algorithms, and client operations.
16. Communication and Support

20. Service Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if a client:
- Fails to make payment
- Provides unlawful or prohibited content
- Misuses our website or services
- Engages in abusive or threatening conduct
- Repeatedly prevents service completion
- Violates these Terms
Termination does not remove payment obligations for work already performed or resources already committed.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
We make no warranty that the website, scheduling tools, third-party platforms, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every specific business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the location from which SocialPostExperts operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute should first be submitted to us in writing so that both parties can attempt to resolve it informally.
